Positive Pathways Support Cymru (PPSC) is a home care service, sometimes known as domiciliary support, specialising in providing support for elderly adults (aged 65+) living in their own home with dementia, cognitive impairment, and/or sensory impairment, or those suffering from the general difficulties encountered in old age. We can offer advice and guidance in order to help to design an individualized plan of care/support to meet physical, social, psychological or spiritual needs.
PPSC operates throughout the City and County of Swansea providing flexible daytime, evening, and night Home Care Services. PPSC believes in the consistency of Community Carers for our clients and strive to ensure the same well trained, friendly staff provide you with support continuously.
A brief introduction to PPSC
PPSC is an independent care provider and a trading name of Padda Specialist Care Ltd. We are a sister company of Padda Care Homes Ltd and Padda Care Ltd which have established a foundation in residential dementia care Homes since 2016.
Our expertise is providing high standards of quality person centered care which promotes our clients voice, independence, day to day wishes and aspirations, with dignity, respect and choice. The role of PPSC is to provide care and support with everyday tasks in the way our clients like it enabling the enjoyment of living for more years in the comfort of their own homes in a safe and secure way.
